Keith then worked for over three years as Certification Coordinator at NAVTEQ in downtown Chicago, the world's number one supplier of digital map data. He achieved and maintained certification for all North American operations (including over 50 field offices) to the ISO 9001:2000 quality standard, and a portion of it to ISO/TS 16949:2002.

Keith currently the Corporate Manager of Lean Six Sigma for Sisters of St. Francis Healthcare Services, who own and operate 12 hospitals and dozens of other facilities in Indiana and Illinois including physician offices, medical test labs, and long-term care facilities.

Keith's next goals are to complete his Masters of Science in Quality Assurance at Calumet College of St. Joseph, and to become an ASQ Certified Quality Manager.
